Have you ever wondered about the Mudra with which most instructors end their classes- Anjali Mudra? What does mean and what does it really do? We will touch on many traditional elements of yoga in this workshop, letting them bring equilibrium into our yoga practice and our lives. Asana, pranayama, meditation, mantras and mudras will all be a part of our quest for Sthira and Sukha (steadiness and ease) to balance the mind, body & spirit. This is a fun and accessible class for all levels, from brand new beginner to season yogi!
